Photo rights are a tricky thing... If you find an image on line and do everything you can to find out if it is protected and you can't find anything, you should be ok... If you see a photo you like but it is protected, take the same photo yourself... or, if you manipulate the photo significantly as to create art with it, then you are ok... If you can't get away without using the photo, and it requires royalty, use the watermarked version, and if you win, you can either pay for the royalties, or do a photo shoot of your own. howman
